Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt project

The project was carried out within the production division of Sanitarios Roca S.A. with the guidance of @RicardoBenitezRubalcaba from Austral University. The goal of the project was to optimize the manufacturing process for the slip using Lean Six Sigma methodology. It took 4 months to complete and various tools such as Minitab, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint were used for statistical analysis, creating dashboards for follow-up, and presentation purposes. The project aimed to find correlations between both ends of the process to find the perfect balance and reach an efficiency of over 95%. My role in the project was to assemble the work team and lead it, it was composed of supervisors, managers and analysts. My responsibilities included planning and execution of the project, assigning tasks and responsibilities to the team, monitoring the progress of the project and communicating with the team and management. Additionally, I had to ensure that the team was aligned with the project goals and help resolve any issues or challenges that arose as the project progressed. My leadership experience and knowledge in Lean Six Sigma were essential to ensure the success of the project.
